What we collect
We process your uploaded portrait, generated preview and video, order reference, payment status and a browser session needed to deliver your purchase. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. Guest checkout does not require Google sign-in.
How files are processed
Uploaded images are resized and photo metadata is removed before upload. The generation provider APIMart processes the inputs to create the preview and video. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores account, task and delivery records. Uploaded photos and generated files expire after 7 days; order and accounting records may be retained as required to support purchases and legal obligations.
Payment and private links
PayPal processes payments and hosted card fields. Our server does not receive your full card number or security code. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be offered when eligible. A guest access link is a bearer link: anyone who has it can access that guest workspace. Keep it private.
Analytics and cookies
Essential cookies keep sessions and purchases working. Our first-party analytics records visits, coarse country and device categories, checkout events and downloads; it is not a count of unique people. We do not publish customer photos as examples or sell them. Test and internal visits are excluded where identified.
